Amber colour. The bouquet presents an excellent concentration of jam, hints of ripe fig, raisins, pine, slight vinegary notes, nutmeg, muscovado sugar, and polished wood. The pronounced acidity that envelops the entire palate stands out. Molasses flavour in a robust, somewhat spicy, and persistently fresh finish.
